My new Black Barracuda ‘Sid Vicious’ is an abstract Barracuda and is one of a series of 7 of a limited edition series of 25 Black Barra.

Sid was finished in mid August.

My canvas is cedar wood and sheet metal. The sheet metal is recycled flashing from a local house demolition and and hand cut with my trusty shears. The real Barracuda are a translucent silver in the wild, although I don't set out to make an identical model, my art is abstract. There are lots of sharp edges, which defines the aggressive nature of the real fish in the ocean.

Vicious is supplied with a stand or can be mounted on the wall.
